Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of UNLIMOS, provided by Alison LLC d/b/a UNLIMOS. By creating an account, agreeing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy at /privacy, the Data Processing Addendum at /legal/dpa, the Acceptable Use Policy at /legal/aup, and the Messaging Exhibit at /legal/messaging.

UNLIMOS is the world standard for running a business: an AI-native operating system designed for 200+ countries, providing calendar, online booking, clients CRM, backbar inventory, messaging inbox, payments, and an autonomous AI receptionist.

UNLIMOS core operations are free forever: unlimited chairs and staff seats for $0. The seat tax is over.

Optional Pro multi-location is billed from $29 a month. Communication channels (SMS, email, and AI) are pay as you go.

UNLIMOS charges 0% commission on appointments. The business is paid directly through Stripe, Square, or custom payment rails.

Paid plans and usage-balance top-ups require timely payment. Unpaid accounts may be suspended. The amount shown at Stripe Checkout is the amount billed. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price for the interval you selected (month, year, or two years) until you cancel.

Cancel in Settings, Billing, or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancel stops the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. Unused time on a month, year, or two-year term is not refunded because you used the service or because days remain on a prepaid term. Cancel is not a refund of the paid invoice.

A top-up credits the same amount Stripe charged. Self-service Refund returns only unused credit from that top-up, and only if your current balance still covers that unused credit. Spent top-ups are not refundable.

A full refund of a Pro invoice in Stripe is not the Cancel control. It ends Pro immediately and reverses that period's included usage credit. Partial invoice refunds are not a supported product path.

The salon owns 100% of its customer records, client lists, booking history, formulas, and notes. UNLIMOS does not sell or market to your clients.

The business may export its customer records and operational data at any time.

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information.

• Keep credentials secure. Do not share logins improperly.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for who you authorize to connect integrations.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

UNLIMOS is salon and appointment-business software: bookings, clients, team, inventory, payments tools, messaging, and whatever we ship next. We are not your marketing agency, ad network, or law firm. Features move. Your business stays yours.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at /legal/aup. No unlawful activity. No security abuse. No Meta policy violations. No spam or messaging without legally sufficient opt-in. No Message Tags or structured features for prohibited promotions.

Connecting Instagram, WhatsApp, Stripe, or other providers is optional and subject to those providers’ terms, including Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Instagram Terms. UNLIMOS acts as a Meta Tech Provider for multi-tenant Instagram Login and for a salon’s own WhatsApp Business number. You are our Meta Client for Platform Data tied to your connection.

• You grant us authority to act as your agent to connect and use Meta Platform solely for your benefit and your purpose.
• You will not instruct us to process Platform Data in ways that violate Meta terms. Your agreements with us must not conflict with Meta’s terms.
• Messaging content, opt-in, opt-out, and local marketing law are allocated in the Messaging Exhibit at /legal/messaging.
• We may suspend or disconnect Instagram, WhatsApp, or other integrations, immediately if Meta requests it, if you violate Meta or UNLIMOS terms, or to protect Platform users.
• We will notify you of Meta communications concerning user Platform Data requests that affect your account, when Meta provides them to us.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UNLIMOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, fines, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of: (a) your content and communications; (b) opt-in or opt-out failures or unlawful marketing; (c) Community Standards or Meta Platform Terms violations; (d) unauthorized staff connections; (e) instructions that cause Meta or regulator enforcement against us; or (f) your breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Messaging Exhibit, or Data Processing Addendum.

This indemnity is not limited by the liability cap below.

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNLIMOS aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses arising from your messaging or marketing compliance, third-party platforms including Meta and carriers, or content you send.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limitation is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
