## Sender of record

You (the salon) are the sender of record for communications you compose or direct. You control content, audiences, timing, and legal basis. UNLIMOS provides software tools and, for Instagram, relays messages as your Meta Tech Provider.

## Your warranties

- You obtain and maintain legally sufficient opt-in (and honor opt-out) under applicable law, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, ePrivacy/PECR, GDPR, and Meta messaging policies.
- You keep consent and opt-out records.
- Message content is accurate, non-deceptive, and compliant with Community Standards.
